About this piece
This colorful anime tattoo flash features Donquixote Doflamingo from One Piece, capturing his signature confident and intimidating personality. I wanted to highlight his recognizable side profile, spiky blonde hair, red sunglasses, and iconic pink feather coat. The upward-facing pose gives the design a dramatic, arrogant attitude that perfectly represents one of One Piece's most memorable villains. Bold black outlines, vibrant pink feathers, and deep blue background accents create a striking contrast, combining classic anime illustration with new school tattoo influences. This design would work great around palm to hand size or slightly larger. The clean silhouette, bold colors, and simplified facial details make it a strong standalone tattoo that can remain readable as it ages. It would also make a great addition to a One Piece patchwork sleeve.
Palm - Hand size. No neck placements.
