About this piece
This flash piece is inspired by Vegeta’s Scouter from Dragon Ball Z, one of the most recognizable pieces of Saiyan technology from the series. I wanted to keep the classic shape and red lens recognizable while adding the bright blue burst behind it to give the design more energy. The red screen, white and purple body, bold outlines, and graphic background give it a clean nostalgic look that feels straight out of the Saiyan Saga. I’d like this piece to be done around hand-sized or larger. This gives the lens, display, and smaller mechanical details enough room to stay clean and readable while keeping the design compact enough to work across several placements.
